What are the delivery charges for orders from the online shop?

Standard shipping is free on all orders above Rs. 500. However, if you choose a faster delivery method, the additional shipper’s charges are payable.

What shipping methods are available?

We have tied up with a number of reputed courier partners (Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, VExpress, etc.). We provide the option of standard shipping and premium shipping, which one can choose on the basis of their requirement. The courier service provider for your order is selected based on your location.

How do I track the status of my order(s)?

Visit the My Orders page in your My account section and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order. Please note that certain pincodes with certain shippers are not trackable in real-time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please check your URL and find your country’s name in it. If you do not see your home country’s name in the URL, please contact YERA Customer Care and they will guide you.

What do I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

Please don’t accept an open or tampered package. Report this concern by calling us immediately at +91.265.301.8501 or emailing us at We will look at it immediately and get back to you.

How to I return/request replacement for a product?

Report this concern by calling us at +91.265.301.8501 or emailing us at or just click on the Return/Replace button you see against your order in your My Orders page in My Account, and we will take care of the rest.

You can return a product to YERA if:

  • Product was received damaged or faulty
  • Faulty/defective product
  • Physically damaged product (This must be checked in front of the delivery person)
  • The product is different from description on the website (This must be checked in front of the delivery person)

Payments & Placing orders

How do I purchase a product on your website?

Don’t worry if you have never bought anything online, follwing are the steps to buy products and deals on YERA.

  1. Click the Buy button on the product or deal you like.
  2. Click the Proceed to Payment button.
  3. Enter your name, e-mail ID and phone number next.
  4. Enter your shipping address if you are buying products.
  5. Click the Proceed to Payment button.
  6. Select your payment mode (Credit card, Debit card, Netbanking, Cash on Delivery, Credit Card EMI).

If you are not comfortable paying online, you can choose the Cash on Delivery option and pay on the actual delivery of your product. The option, however, does not apply if you are buying deals.

How do I know whether my order is placed successfully or not?

You will see a confirmation message on the screen along with your order number. If you have bought deals, you will also receive your YERA voucher over email and/or SMS to confirm your purchase.

What do I do if I did not receive an invoice with my order?

All YERA products are delivered along with an invoice. In case an invoice is not given to you along with your delivered product, check your ‘My Account’ section of the site. If you still do not find your invoice there, please fill the form available on our Contact Us page with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately.

What is COD? Can I opt for the COD option for all orders on

COD refers to Cash On Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t want to use your credit/debit card or use internet banking. You have the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make cash payment upon the delivery of your order.

The cash-on-delivery option is not available on all products. The product details page indicates whether cash on delivery is applicable for a particular product.

What information does Yera save if I opt to save my card at the payment gateway?

We do not store the card number, the cardholder name and the card expiry date. Though the payment gateway may give you the choice to store it on their Gateway database. At that point, the choice is yours whether you want to save your personal data with them or not.

All personal information like your name, shipping & billing information is store on our database. This information is in total control of you and can be edited and/or deleted by you from the My Account section.

I do not own a debit/credit card. Can I still purchase from

Absolutely! You can try either of the following modes of payment:

  • Net banking – You may use your internet-enabled bank account to make the purchase online.
  • Check – You may mail us your check of the invoice value. Once the check clears, we ship the merchandise using your preferred shipping method.
  • Cash on delivery – You may choose to pay money on the actual delivery of your product(s) at your place. This option, however, is not available for every product.

I received a transaction failed notice during payment. However, the money was still deducted from my account. What should I do?

Please fill in our ‘Contact us’ form available under the ‘Any other query’ section with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately.

If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account.
