The sweltering summers are well past us and now the delightful monsoons are knocking at our doors again. We enjoy snacking on bhajiyas and gotas when the rain gods are pouring down on us. Here is a quick recipe of cheese balls to enjoy monsoons with your family.
- Prep: 15 mins

Directions
1Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
2Add a little water and knead it into a dough.
3Grease your palms with some oils and make small balls from the dough.
4Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry a few pakoras at a time until they turn crispy and light golden brown in colour.
5Remove on oil absorbent paper.
6Serve hot with coriander chutney and/ or tomato sauce.
To spice up the look and feel of the pakoras, present them on Iris Bowl and Plate Set from Yera and give it an amazing wow-factor.
